Hi there, I’m Anne.

I’m a registered nurse, life coach, mom of 4, nana, and a woman in menopause. I lost 20 lbs in my 50s, and I have more energy and feel better now than when I was in my 30s.

I spent the last 3 decades juggling raising my 4 kids and my career as a nurse. When I turned 50 years old, I started transitioning into menopause. I had low energy, brain fog, and began putting on more weight, even though I hadn’t changed my eating habits or exercise routines. I was really frustrated because everything I had done in the past to feel better and to lose weight wasn’t working for me anymore. Which motivated me to research the most current science of menopause, aging, and weight loss. Once I understood the changes I needed to make to live a healthier lifestyle, and to lose weight in this phase of my life, I found I that I was still struggling with getting myself to implement those changes and give up my old habits.

That’s when I found coaching. I learned the tools to make sustainable lifestyle and mindset changes, which helped me lose 20 lbs and keep it off! Life coaching changed my life so profoundly that I knew I had to share this work with others.
