I am a REGISTERED NURSE, LIFE COACh, mom of 4, nana, and a woman in midlife.

I lost 20 lbs in my 50s, and I have more energy and feel better now than when I was in my 30s. I had the education, and the medical experience that helped me understand the science and the physiology about the body, but I didn’t realize I was missing one of the most important tools that helped me change my life.

This is NOT another diet, no counting calories, weighing food, or feeling deprived.
